02Selected Work

Skainet · internal AI platform at Outreach

Contributor

An internal AI platform the team is building at Outreach: a company “brain” that grounds the company's AI agents in the live product and the business around it, pulling in context from across the org. Also includes code-to-Figma and Figma-to-code tooling, a Slack integration, and a PRD creator. In active development.

Outreach DevTools · plugin-based in-browser DevTools for the Outreach client

Architect & primary author

A floating, dockable developer panel used daily across Outreach engineering. Plugin-based architecture so any team can extend it; ships with feature-flag, GraphQL, and Apollo tooling out of the box.

03Open Source

Agent QA · agentic, deterministic end-to-end testing

Personal · 2025

Record a browser session with an LLM from the CLI, then replay it deterministically against any identity profile and diff what changed. Built for the gap between unit tests and full E2E suites, and for a generation of AI-driven development that needs something better than either. CLI-first, with a web UI in the works.

Hush · local-first macOS voice transcription and dictation

Personal · 2025

High-performance macOS voice transcription and dictation. Built for personal use by combining forks and ideas into exactly what I needed. Global-hotkey activation, file transcription with word-level timestamps, and speaker diarisation, exposed via both CLI and GUI. All inference runs on-device via Apple's Neural Engine.

opencode-copilot-1m

Personal · 2025

OpenCode plugin that exposes 1M-token long-context variants of Claude Opus / Sonnet and GPT-5 on GitHub Copilot, by hooking the provider's model list and overriding client-side budget metadata.

04About

Rasmus Josefsson is a Staff Software Engineer who builds production-grade frontends and the AI-native developer tools around them. At Outreach, he's on the Admin Experience team and a driving force behind its push to bring AI into the company's internal product platform. Earlier, he shipped the virtualised list UI at Microsoft Teams, serving tens of millions of daily users, and built Skype Web Control inside Outlook. Before that, he led the AngularJS-to-React migration of Trivago's hotelier CRM. He works at the seam where frontend architecture meets AI tooling, turning ambiguous platform problems into systems other engineers build on.
